Thank you for your feedback. I think your assessment of whether Ripple/Stellar is centralized/decentralized is incorrect. There is much evidence that Ripple is in effective control of XRP Ledger, the same applies to Stellar. In addition, if Ripple failed tomorrow XRP would go to zero irrespective of this argument because XRP is dependent on Ripple to find uses for it something they are having limited success with. The same applies to Stellar.
